Filipe M. Cassapo

Filipe M. Cassapo is the Executive Manager of International Innovation Center of SENAI Paraná, in Brazil. Mr. Cassapo is also a Director ANPEI – The National R&D Association of Innovative Companies of Brazil. He is the former Knowledge Management Leader of the Brazilian National Quality Foundation, as well as a former Knowledge and Innovation Manager of several Brazilian and multinational companies such as Votorantim Industrial and Siemens. Mr. Cassapo is also an invited lecturer for the topics knowledge and innovation management in several Brazilian universities and associations.

Filipe M. Cassapo is graduated in Computer Science Engineering from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne – France, where he also received a Minor Degree in Cognitive Science and Epistemology. Mr. Cassapo also received an MSc in Applied Computer Science from the Catholic University of Paraná – Brazil. Contacts:

Prof. Dr. Henning Zoz is the CEO & President of Zoz Group.


Zoz Group manufactures and supplies Mechanical Process Engineering Equipment and manufactures and supplies with insofar own equipment Nanostructured Materials from powders, layers and bulk parts to magnetic filters, super-light-weight PM, batteries, hydrogen-drives with H2-solid-state-absorber tanks incl. vehicles. Affiliated companies serve E-/E-H2-mobility, maintain buildings and operate student’s dormitories, a tour operator as well as sailing and aircraft operations. In 2012 the first public bridge was set-up by Zoz High Performance Cement/Concrete.

Zoz holds numerous patents and trademarks, more than 50 papers, teaching at numerous universities and institutes all over the world. He is one of the founders and main organizers of the OZ-German-Japanese Symposium on Nanostructures and a member of a number of program/advisory committees all over the world.

Due to his expertise in energy storage materials and energy storage, including integration and drives, Zoz became a prominent address, when it comes to cost-effective utilization of renewable energy sources for mobile and stationary applications.

Horácio Forjaz

Achieved the Engineer Degree at ITA ( Technological Institute of Aeronautics ) in 1974, and MSc. in Computer Science at INPE (National Institute for Space Research) in 1980.

His professional experience includes extensive activities in the technical area of Embraer, which began in 1975 as a Systems Engineer. From 1981 to 1986 he joined the Embraer's Engineers Group resident at Italy working on the development of the aircraft's avionics system AMX, a binational program between Brazil and Italy. From 1991 to 1995 as Director of Engineering on the  Embraer participated in the development of entire line of aircraft of the Brazilian company.

After a brief period away from Embraer, returned to occupy the position of Director of Engineering, from November 1997 to August 1998, when he was elected one of the Directors of the Company, accumulating, on separate occasions, responsibility for the planning, alliances, development organizational, human resources, infrastructure, IT, marketing and communication .

He is currently Director - General of the Technological Park of São José dos Campos
