Standards for Abstracts Preparation

- Abstracts must be written in English.
- Each registered author may submit up to two works;
- Abstracts should contain up to 150 characters and the main elements of the complete work. Problem to be addressed, specific objectives, methodology, the main results and conclusions.
- The content of the abstracts will be analyzed by the Scientific Committee aiming to:

    • Accept or reject the work;
    • Sort the works according to knowledge areas or common interests;
    • Define the presentation form, whether oral or poster;

-Regarding the acceptance criteria, some aspects will be observed.

    • The title and content must be clear enough so that issues can be identified (including spelling and grammatical errors, which hinder text understanding)
    • The work must fit in the event aim and address problems whose solution represents or could represent a contribution to the area knowledge (i.e., avoid case reports that may be considered routine or common knowledge)

-Work with accepted abstracts may be presented even if the completed work won´t be submitted.
-Only abstracts submitted through the website form will be considered.
- It is possible to add new authors later through the Alteration of Work Data, which is available on the presenter's board.
