Standards for Abstracts Preparation

  • - Each registered author may submit up to two works;
    - Abstracts should contain the main elements of the complete work, which includes problem to be addressed and specific objectives, methodology and main results and conclusions.
    - The content of the abstracts will be analyzed by the Organizing Committee aiming to:

    • Accept or Reject the work
    • Sort the works according to knowledge areas or common interests
    • Define the presentation form, whether oral or poster.

    -With regard to the acceptance criteria, some aspects will be observed.

    • The title and content must be clear enough so that issues can be identified (including spelling and grammatical errors, which hinder text understanding)
    • The work must fit in the event aim and address problems whose solution represents or could represent a contribution to the area knowledge (i.e., avoid case reports that may be considered routine or common knowledge)

    -Work with accepted abstracts may be presented even if the completed work won´t be submitted.
    -Only abstracts submitted through the website form will be considered.
    -If you want to register a work and one or more authors are not registered yet, it is possible to add them later through the Alteration of Work Data, which is available on the presenter's board.
